**Short answer:** Ring Fit Adventure is a Nintendo Switch fitness RPG played at home with the Ring-Con and Leg Strap. If you want the same "exercise powers an adventure" idea on your phone, look at fitness RPGs that use your real steps and runs: Monster Walk turns daily steps into a monster adventure, and Run Legends turns walks and runs into co-op battles. Both are free.

Ring Fit is a strength-and-cardio workout you schedule. Phone fitness RPGs fit into the day you already have: [Monster Walk](https://www.talofagames.com/monsterwalk) rewards everyday walking with bite-sized challenges, and [Run Legends](https://www.talofagames.com/runlegends) makes a run feel like a raid with friends.
